This course focuses on uncovering and managing the customers’ true needs for the product you are building. Learn how to focus on maximizing business value delivered in an agile development process. Going beyond the practice of merely pulling out stories as they are encountered, you will learn how to organize stories so they can be more easily implemented in a consistent manner. Practice techniques on how to organize agile requirements to help ensure consistent and complete information from your customers and subject experts.
